We offer event planning, day-of coordination, vendor coordination, event rentals coordination, event styling, and support for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, private parties, and special occasions.

Yes. We provide event rentals directly for select items within our inventory. For specialty items or rentals we may not currently have available, we coordinate through our trusted vendor network to help clients access high-quality event rentals and décor while maintaining a seamless planning experience.

Pricing varies depending on the type of event, guest count, location, rentals, and level of planning support needed. We provide customized quotes after an initial consultation.

Yes. We offer virtual consultations via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet for clients who prefer remote planning or are located outside the Houston area.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired event date and vendors. However, we also accommodate last-minute events based on availability.

Absolutely. We can work with vendors you've already selected or connect you with trusted professionals from our preferred vendor network including DJs, photographers, caterers, bartenders, and decorators.

We are based in Houston, Texas and primarily serve Houston and surrounding areas. Travel services may also be available depending on the event location.

Getting started is simple. Contact us through our website or booking link to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we'll discuss your vision, event details, budget, and the services you need before providing a customized proposal.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To secure your event date and services, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.

Because event planning and rental coordination involve reserving dates, vendors, and inventory in advance, all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a specified period before the event may still be subject to partial or full payment depending on services already secured and expenses incurred.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes or cancellations as early as possible. In certain cases, event dates may be rescheduled based on availability and at the discretion of ISC Events & Rentals.
